Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PingAlpha ("PingAlpha," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our lead exchange and routing platform, including our website, affiliate intake, and buyer delivery services.

Who we are

PingAlpha is an Arizona LLC located at 2820 S. Alma School Rd Ste 18 #553, Chandler, AZ 85286.

Information we collect

We collect information submitted by affiliates and their end users through lead intake (such as name, contact details, and vertical-specific fields required for routing), information submitted through this website's contact form, and technical information collected automatically (such as IP address and request metadata) for fraud prevention and delivery auditing.

How we use information

  • To validate, score, and route leads to buyers in real time via ping/post or direct post.
  • To maintain postback and audit records of lead delivery outcomes.
  • To remarket, by email, leads that were not sold — but only where both conditions are met: (1) the affiliate that submitted the lead has opted in to remarketing, and (2) we have the lead's explicit consent to be contacted for this purpose. Absent either condition, the lead is not remarketed.
  • To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.

How we share information

Lead data is shared with buyers participating in the routing auction for the purpose of purchasing and servicing that lead. We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes outside of this exchange function.

Compliance

We require that leads and remarketing communications comply with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act. Affiliates are responsible for obtaining and documenting any consent required for the leads they submit. Remarketing is opt-in, not opt-out: it only happens for a given lead when the submitting affiliate has enabled it and we hold that lead's explicit consent — both are required, and neither is assumed.

Data retention

We retain lead and delivery records for as long as reasonably necessary for auditing, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

Individuals who wish to opt out of remarketing communications, or who have questions about data we hold about them, can reach us by email at compliance@pingalpha.co, or in writing at:

An opt-out is prospective only. It stops PingAlpha's own future use of that lead's information — including further remarketing by us — from the point we process the request forward. It does not, and cannot, undo a match or delivery that already occurred: once a lead has been routed to a buyer, that buyer holds and uses the data under its own privacy policy and terms, independent of PingAlpha. We are not liable for a buyer's handling, retention, or use of a lead's information after delivery. Individuals who want a buyer to stop contacting them or delete their information need to opt out with that buyer directly.
